Ariana Grande's 'Eternal Sunshine' achieves double Platinum status two years after release, with singles also earning new certifications. Find out more about the album's success and her upcoming tour.

Two years after its release, Ariana Grande's Eternal Sunshine is still basking in success. The Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) has unveiled a fresh batch of certifications for the album, marking a significant milestone in its journey.
On the second anniversary of the album's debut atop the Billboard 200, Eternal Sunshine has officially been certified double Platinum. This signifies that the album has sold the equivalent of 2 million units since its release in 2024. The album's hit singles are also receiving new accolades. "Yes, And?", and "We Can’t Be Friends (Wait for Your Love)" both reached the top of the Billboard Hot 100. "Yes, And?" is now double Platinum, while "We Can’t Be Friends (Wait for Your Love)" is quadruple Platinum.
Other tracks from Eternal Sunshine are also being recognized. "Intro (End of the World)" and "Supernatural" both received Platinum certifications from the RIAA on Sunday.
The album initially went Platinum in September 2024, shortly after its release. Grande recently celebrated the album's second anniversary on Instagram, expressing her gratitude to fans and calling it her "favorite project yet."
She is preparing to embark on a tour to support the album, starting in June and concluding in August with performances in Los Angeles, New York City, and London. Grande has hinted that this tour might be her last for a while, as she focuses on other creative endeavors, including her role in Wicked.
In a conversation with Amy Poehler in November, Grande expressed her excitement for the tour but suggested it might be a while before she performs live again. She emphasized her intention to give it her all during this tour.
