Artists Unite Against ICE: Pusha T, Tyler, The Creator, and Olivia Rodrigo Speak Out
Several prominent artists, including Pusha T, Tyler, The Creator, and Olivia Rodrigo, have publicly condemned the actions of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

Pusha T made a concise yet powerful statement against U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement while on the red carpet at the Billboard Power 100 event in Los Angeles on January 28th.
"Jan. 28, 2026, f—k ICE," Pusha T declared. "Gotta keep it 100. Got to."
Tyler, The Creator also recently criticized ICE, sharing a Paid in Full scene with the caption “f—k ICE” on his Instagram Story. He also directed criticism at Donald Trump, adding, “Again. And anyone who voted for that man.”
Olivia Rodrigo voiced her opposition to ICE as well, stating on social media, “ICE’s actions are unconscionable, but we are not powerless. Our actions matter. I stand with Minnesota.”
These statements follow the shootings of U.S. citizens Renee Good and Alex Pretti by ICE agents in Minneapolis earlier in January.
Alex Pretti, 37, was fatally shot during a protest in Minneapolis on January 24th. Reports indicate that the ICU nurse was protecting a woman from an agent before being shot. This incident has intensified protests against ICE throughout the United States.
The Trump administration claimed the officer acted in self-defense, alleging Pretti had a handgun. However, witnesses say Pretti did not appear to be holding a gun during the confrontation.
In a lighter note, Pusha T presented By the Way’s Alex DePersia with the Breakthrough Executive award at Billboard Power 100. "Alex has always been tapped in. Now, it’s a full-circle moment for my brother and I to be working alongside Alex and the team in the next phase of our careers," said the Virginia rapper.
Other honorees at the event included UMPG’s Jody Gerson for Executive of the Decade, Sharon Osbourne for the Clive Davis Visionary award, and PlaqueBoyMax for the Disruptor award.
Pusha T and Malice of the Clipse are nominated for five Grammy Awards on Sunday (Feb. 1) for their comeback album Let God Sort Em Out.
