Avalon Emerson & The Charm Announce Debut Album 'Written Into Changes,' Drop New Single 'Jupiter And Mars'
DJ-producer Avalon Emerson is back with her indie-pop project The Charm, announcing their debut album 'Written Into Changes' alongside the release of the dreamy new single 'Jupiter And Mars.'

Back in November, DJ-producer Avalon Emerson reactivated her indie-pop Band To Watch project, The Charm, for the new single "Eden." Now, that track proves to be just the beginning.
"Eden" kicks off the forthcoming Avalon Emerson & The Charm album Written Into Changes, due in March via Dead Oceans. The album's second track, "Jupiter And Mars," is out now and offers a glimpse into the album's diverse soundscape.
"Jupiter And Mars" takes a lighter, airier approach compared to the hard-hitting "Eden." Think The Sundays meets U2 guitar riffs and Ray Of Light-era synth shimmer. The track captures Emerson's smitten and elated feelings, expressing the joy of a great kiss. Check out the video below:
