Cardi B turned an onstage mishap into a political jab during her 'Little Miss Drama' tour.

While performing 'Thotiana' in Las Vegas on February 13, the rapper fell off a chair. Ever the performer, she recovered with a quick-witted remark: "That was the government!"

This follows a recent exchange between Cardi B and Donald Trump's Department of Homeland Security (DHS). The feud ignited after Cardi B criticized ICE at a previous concert, stating, "If ICE come in here, we’re gonna jump they asses...I got some bear mace in the back. They ain’t taking my fans, bitch. Let’s go!"

The DHS responded on social media, referencing a 2016 video where Cardi B discussed drugging and robbing men while working as a stripper. They wrote: "As long as she doesn’t drug and rob our agents, we’ll consider that an improvement over her past behaviour.”

In 2019, Cardi B addressed the controversy, explaining that she "made the choices that I did at the time because I had very limited options...I did what I had to do to survive."

More recently, she responded to the DHS's comments about her past by bringing up the Jeffrey Epstein case, writing on X: "If we talking about drugs let’s talk about Epstein and friends drugging underage girls to rape them. Why yall don’t wanna talk about the Epstein files?"

Her post referenced the release of three million new documents related to Jeffrey Epstein on January 30. The release included 2,000 videos and roughly 180,000 images.

Epstein was arrested in July 2019 for sex trafficking and was found dead in his jail cell in August of that year.

The files reportedly contain more than 38,000 references to Trump, his wife, Melania, his Mar-a-Lago club in Florida, and other related words and phrases, per the New York Times.

Trump has consistently denied any wrongdoing in relation to Epstein.

His administration has repeatedly clashed with Cardi B, and late last year, after the ‘WAP’ rapper reignited her long-running spat with Nicki Minaj, Vice President JD Vance got himself involved, supporting Minaj’s take.
