Cascio Siblings File Child Sex Trafficking Lawsuit Against Michael Jackson's Estate
Four siblings, Frank, Dominic, Marie-Nicole, and Aldo Cascio, have filed a lawsuit against the estate of Michael Jackson, alleging child sex trafficking and abuse.

Four adult siblings have filed a child sex trafficking lawsuit against the estate of the late Michael Jackson, alleging abuse during their childhoods.
The complaint, submitted in federal court in Los Angeles, follows the siblings' previous efforts to void a financial settlement with Jackson’s estate, which they termed “an unlawful agreement to silence victims of childhood sexual abuse.” A hearing is scheduled for March 5 after the estate requested arbitration.
The lawsuit claims Jackson, “drugged, raped, and sexually assaulted each of the plaintiffs, beginning when some were as young as seven or eight.” The alleged abuse occurred across various locations, including the siblings’ family home when Jackson and his children visited.
According to the complaint, Jackson allegedly “groomed and brainwashed” the siblings, exploiting his wealth and influence. He met the siblings through their father, who worked at a luxury hotel Jackson frequented. The lawsuit details how Jackson allegedly isolated the children, plied them with drugs and alcohol, exposed them to pornography, and then abused them individually.
Martin Singer, a lawyer for Jackson’s estate, dismissed the lawsuit as a “desperate money grab” by the Cascio family, who he claims defended Jackson for over 25 years. He stated that the filing is a tactic to obtain millions from Jackson’s estate.
The lawsuit alleges that Jackson sexually assaulted Edward during international travel, including stops connected to the Dangerous World Tour, visits to Elizabeth Taylor’s home in Switzerland and Elton John’s residence in the United Kingdom, and at his Neverland Ranch in Santa Barbara County.
Dominic claims abuse in Florida, New Jersey, New York, France, and South Africa, including during the HIStory World Tour, at Neverland Ranch, and at the Cascio family’s New Jersey home. Aldo contends he was assaulted during international trips, at Neverland Ranch, in New York, at the family residence, and at video shoots and recording sessions. Marie-Nicole claims she was assaulted during similar travel, including at Neverland Ranch, at the family home, and in New York, Las Vegas, and Florida. The filing also claims Jackson attempted an assault on Marie-Nicole in Bahrain.
The Cascio family previously identified as Jackson’s “second family” and defended him during his 2005 criminal trial. Following Jackson’s death in 2009, Wade Robson and James Safechuck alleged molestation in the documentary Leaving Neverland. The Cascio siblings claim the documentary prompted them to share their own experiences.
Singer stated that Jackson’s estate “categorically dispute” the siblings’ accusations, linking them to a previous “extortion demand of $213 million.”
The lawsuit, filed by lawyer Howard King, includes claims for child sex trafficking, negligence, intentional infliction of emotional distress, breach of contract, negligent hiring, and fraud. The siblings are seeking compensatory and punitive damages.
King stated that the Cascios are “elect[ing] to remain silent no longer,” hoping their filing will encourage other victims to come forward.
Jackson died at age 50 on June 25, 2009, from an accidental overdose of propofol. A biopic about Jackson is set to hit theaters in April.
