**CORTIS** Achieves First No. 1 Album on Top Album Sales Chart with *GREENGREEN*

CORTIS has secured their first No. 1 album on Billboard's Top Album Sales chart. Their latest project, GREENGREEN, debuted at the top of the chart dated May 23, marking their second top 10 entry. The album sold 81,500 copies in the U.S. in the week ending May 14, according to Luminate, achieving the group's best sales week to date.

CORTIS previously charted with COLOR OUTSIDE THE LINES in 2025, which debuted and peaked at No. 3.

The latest Top Album Sales chart also features new albums from Social Distortion, Josh Groban, Black Veil Brides, and Neil Diamond, all making their debuts in the top 10.

Billboard's Top Album Sales chart ranks the best-selling albums of the week based solely on traditional album sales. The chart's history dates back to May 25, 1991, when Billboard began using electronically monitored piece count information from SoundScan, now Luminate. Pure album sales were the only metric used by the Billboard 200 albums chart until December 6, 2014, after which the chart incorporated track equivalent album (TEA) units and streaming equivalent album (SEA) units.

Noah Kahan's The Great Divide remains steady at No. 2 on the latest Top Album Sales chart. Social Distortion achieves their second top 10 and highest-charting project with Born to Kill debuting at No. 3. Michael Jackson's Thriller moves up to 4, BTS' former leader ARIRANG slips to 5, and Josh Groban earns his 12th top 10 with Cinematic debuting at No. 6.

Kacey MusgravesMiddle of Nowhere descends from 1 to 7 in its second week. Jackson's Number Ones holds steady at No. 8, and Black Veil Brides claim their fourth top 10 with VINDICATE starting at No. 9. Neil Diamond rounds out the top 10 with Wild at Heart debuting at No. 10, marking his first top 10 appearance in over a decade since Melody Road debuted and peaked at No. 3 in November 2014.
