Death Cab for Cutie Sign to Anti- Records, Announce North American Tour

After an impressive 22-year run with Atlantic Records, indie rock stalwarts Death Cab for Cutie have announced a fresh chapter in their career, signing with Anti- Records.

The news arrives alongside the highly anticipated announcement of their upcoming North American tour, promising fans a series of unforgettable performances.

Frontman Ben Gibbard expressed the band's enthusiasm, stating, “thrilled to be joining the roster at Anti- which includes some of our favorite artists, old friends and in many cases, both.”
Death Cab for Cutie 2026 Tour

Atlantic Records signed Death Cab for Cutie in 2004, recognizing the strength of their initial four albums released under Barsuk Records, including the critically acclaimed Transatlanticism (2003). During their tenure with Atlantic, the band released six studio albums, from Plans (2005) to Asphalt Meadows (2022).
