Hayley Williams Launches World Tour with Full 'Ego Death' Performance in Atlanta
Hayley Williams kicked off her world tour with a bang, performing her latest album 'Ego Death At A Bachelorette Party' in its entirety at the opening show in Atlanta. Fans were treated to a night of new music and surprises.

Hayley Williams has officially embarked on her highly anticipated world tour, and the opening night was nothing short of spectacular. At The Tabernacle in Atlanta, Georgia on Friday, March 27th, the Paramore frontwoman delivered a mesmerizing performance, playing every track from her third solo LP, Ego Death At A Bachelorette Party.
Many of these songs were performed live for the very first time, making the night a special experience for fans. In addition to the new album, Williams also included a cover of the Nina Simone classic, ‘Don’t Let Me Be Misunderstood.’

The evening was further heightened by the appearance of Josh Scogin, known for his work with bands like ‘68, The Chariot, and Norma Jean. Scogin joined Williams on stage for a powerful, show-closing rendition of ‘Parachute.’

The tour continues with another show in Atlanta and will traverse North America until May 15, concluding in Los Angeles. Following the North American leg, Williams will head to Europe, including two nights at London’s Roundhouse in June. Tickets can be found here.
NME gave Ego Death At A Bachelorette Party a glowing five-star review, noting its exploration of hope and heartache. The review stated, “These songs might be about missed second chances, but Williams is certainly making the most of hers.” The album was also named the ninth-best album of the year in NME's end-of-year list. A 12-minute documentary about the making of the record was recently released.
Williams has also recently formed a new band called Power Snatch with Daniel James, releasing three new singles and a cover of This Is Lorelei’s ‘Perfect Hand.’
