K-pop titans BIGBANG are making a triumphant return, announcing a monumental 31-date stadium tour later this year. This global trek will celebrate the group’s 20th anniversary, marking a significant milestone in modern music history.
The highly anticipated tour kicks off on Friday, August 21, 2026, with the first of three shows at Goyang Stadium in South Korea. Following this, the group will journey across the United States, the United Kingdom, and Europe, before embarking on an extensive run through Asia and Australia. The tour concludes on Sunday, February 28, 2027, with the second of two nights at Kaohsiung National Stadium.
Announced on Thursday, June 11, the tour will see the reunion of G-DRAGON, TAEYANG, and DAESUNG. This marks BIGBANG’s first full tour since 2017, coming on the heels of their electrifying return to the stage at the 2026 Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival.
While the official tour title and ticketing information are yet to be revealed, promoter AEG Presents stated, "The landmark tour represents one of the most significant live music events of 2026 for global fans and a historic new chapter for one of the most influential groups in modern music."
Launched by YG Entertainment in August 2006, BIGBANG shattered conventions and paved new paths for the Korean-pop scene. Their groundbreaking achievements include winning the inaugural Best Worldwide Act trophy at the 2011 MTV Europe Music Awards.
The group continued to break barriers, becoming the first K-pop act to land an album on the Billboard 200 chart when 2012’s ALIVE peaked at No. 150. Their live prowess was undeniable, demonstrated through two massive world tours in 2012 and 2015, which included multiple U.S. arena dates.
To date, BIGBANG boasts five No. 1s on Billboard’s U.S.-based World Digital Song Sales chart. They also secured their first Top 10 hit on the Billboard Global 200 with the special 2022 reunion single "Still Life," which also marked T.O.P’s final release with the group.
Dedicated fans, known as V.I.P.s, can stay updated on the forthcoming tour by signing up via BIGBANG’s official b.stage platform.
