Kane Brown's on Broadway: Country Star to Open Nashville Restaurant and Music Venue

Kane Brown, celebrated for his impressive run of No. 1 hits on Billboard’s Country Airplay chart, is poised to introduce Kane Brown’s On Broadway, a sprawling multi-story venue set to open this summer in Nashville, Billboard can exclusively reveal.

Brown's venture is a partnership with the Detroit-based Elia Group. The new establishment will be located on Nashville’s Lower Broadway, specifically at 312 Broadway, a building formerly occupied by The Valentine—a spot Brown frequented in his early days.

"We’ve really taken our time developing the bar. We wanted to make it a place that stands apart from everything else on Lower Broadway,” Brown stated. “I wanted to build a place that I want to hang out at, my friends want to hang out at and will be an unforgettable experience for anyone who visits. Nights in Nashville are about to hit a little bit different."

The expansive four-level, 11,400-square-foot Kane Brown’s On Broadway will feature distinct spaces designed for dining, live music performances, large gatherings, and private events. The main floor will showcase a prominent live music stage, complemented by décor that highlights exposed brick and steel-and-glass accents. The mezzanine level will offer elevated views of the stage, complete with dedicated bar service. The third floor will present a lounge atmosphere, characterized by walnut paneling, platinum records, curated portraits, bottle service, and private gathering areas. The rooftop area will transition throughout the day, hosting brunches, cocktail hours, and late-night events featuring premium drinks and DJ sets.

For Elia Group, this collaboration represents the latest milestone in our longstanding and unwavering commitment to Nashville. It underscores our sustained investment in transformative, iconic properties; in immersive, thoughtfully curated design; and in guest experiences that celebrate the city’s rich heritage while actively shaping its vibrant future. We are honored to partner with an artist of Kane Brown’s stature to bring to life a project that is unmistakably Nashville: bold in vision, warm in spirit and unforgettable in every detail.”

Elia Group’s Nashville portfolio includes ZUZU Nashville, an upscale Asian-inspired dining destination. They also unveiled another Nashville concept on 3rd Avenue in December 2025 and plan to launch several more hospitality venues in the city over the next three years.

In addition to the upcoming launch of Kane Brown’s On Broadway, Brown recently celebrated his second RIAA Diamond certification for “What Ifs” with Lauren Alaina. He also appeared on 9-1-1: Nashville and executive produced the Lifetime film Thank God: Christmas at Keller Ranch alongside his wife, Katelyn Brown.

Nashville’s Lower Broadway is already a hotspot for celebrity-owned bars and venues, including Dierks Bentley’s Whiskey Row, Morgan Wallen’s This Bar & Tennessee Kitchen, Miranda Lambert’s Casa Rosa, Lainey Wilson’s Bell Bottoms Up, Luke Combs’s Category 10, and Luke Bryan’s Luke’s 32 Bridge.
