Ludacris Effect: Morgan Wade and Carter Faith Exit MAGA-Leaning 'Rock The Country' Tour
Morgan Wade and Carter Faith have withdrawn from the 'Rock The Country' tour, following Ludacris' earlier departure amid controversy surrounding the festival's political leanings.

Earlier this month Ludacris was announced as a performer for the Rock The Country Tour, a country-centric traveling music festival with a MAGA slant. (Vocal Donald Trump supporters Kid Rock and Jason Aldean are headlining this year.) After facing backlash, Luda dropped off the tour, with his rep claiming that his inclusion on the lineup was "a mix-up." Now two more acts have removed their names from the lineup.
Country artists Carter Faith and Morgan Wade will no longer be part of Rock The Country 2026. Friday, fans noticed Wade's name had disappeared from the tour's website. According to Rolling Stone, the same day, Faith responded on social media to a question about why she was performing on the tour by answering, "I’m not anymore!" Reps for Wade and Faith confirmed to RS that both artists have dropped off the tour.
The lineup for Rock The Country remains vast, with performers including Jelly Roll, Blake Shelton, Miranda Lambert, Creed, Ella Langley, Shinedown, Brooks & Dunn, Riley Green, and many more. The event is setting up shop in eight cities for two days at a time from May through September, starting May 1-2 in Bellville, TX.
