M!LK's "Bakuretsu Aishiteru" Sweeps to the Top of Billboard Japan Hot 100

M!LK achieves their first No. 1 on the Billboard Japan Hot 100 with "Bakuretsu Aishiteru," while Naniwa Danshi and RIIZE make strong debuts.

M!LK’s “Bakuretsu Aishiteru” has ascended to No. 1 on the Billboard Japan Hot 100, dated Feb. 25, marking a historic moment for the group as their first time topping the chart.

The track is featured on the five-member group’s new single “Bakuretsu Aishiteru / Sukisugite Metsu!” which was released on Feb. 18. The single impressively sold 615,808 copies—more than tripling the first-week sales of their previous release—and secures the No. 2 spot for sales. The song's success is further amplified by topping video views and ranking highly in downloads (No. 5), streaming (No. 3), and radio airplay (No. 23). Previously, M!LK's highest chart position was No. 3, achieved with tracks like “Sukisugite Metsu!,” “Aono Oto,” “Over The Storm,” and “Ternero Fighter.”

Naniwa Danshi’s “HARD WORK” makes a strong debut at No. 2. As the theme song for the Tokai TV × WOWOW co-produced drama Yokohama Neighbors Season 1, it launched with a career-high of 737,824 copies sold, securing the No. 1 position for sales. The track also registers at No. 34 for radio and No. 79 for video.

RIIZE’s “All of You,” from their second Japan single, enters the chart at No. 3 with 389,850 copies sold in its debut week (No. 3 for sales). The track leads in radio airplay and secures the No. 81 spot for downloads.

Other notable new entries in the top 10 include ≒JOY’s “Denwa Bango Oshiete!” and Travis Japan’s “Kage ni mo Hinata ni mo.” ≒JOY’s track, released on Feb. 18 as their fourth single, sold 276,793 copies, debuting at No. 6 overall. Travis Japan’s “Kage ni mo Hinata ni mo,” the lead track from their upcoming second single due Apr. 15, achieves No. 1 for downloads, No. 30 for streaming, and No. 16 for video, launching at No. 9.
