Niall Horan Announces New Album 'Dinner Party': Tracklist and Release Date
Niall Horan is set to release his fourth studio album, 'Dinner Party,' on June 5th. The album was teased with a Valentine's Day event and the first single shares the same name.
Niall Horan is gearing up to serve a 12-course sonic experience with his upcoming fourth studio album, Dinner Party. The musician has revealed the album artwork and tracklist for the record, which is slated for release on June 5th.
Horan initially teased the follow-up to 2023’s The Show on Valentine’s Day. Guests dining at the Brooklyn restaurant Dinner Party received a complimentary bottle of wine courtesy of the singer, accompanied by a note that read, “Cheers to being done looking for somebody.” The restaurant shared the gesture on Instagram, noting that Horan personally selected the wine from their cellars. “Here’s a toast to keeping the romance rolling well into spring,” the caption stated.
A few days later, Horan posted a series of photos and videos on X with the caption, “Album is DONE.” The first single, also titled “Dinner Party,” is scheduled for release on March 20th. In a recent interview with Capital Breakfast, Horan disclosed that he wrote the song after meeting his girlfriend for the first time at a friend’s dinner party.
He stated, “This was the [song] that I was like, ‘OK, this is where the album starts from here’… Because my relationship started on the night that this song is about. And I realized that that dinner party became a bigger thing than just sitting around, getting drunk, and having a bit of food. It’s become the next six years of my life and hopefully the rest of it. So it allowed me to then go and write songs that were about all of the moments of this said relationship.”
Horan is also preparing to return to the stage. Earlier this month, he announced co-headlining shows with Thomas Rhett in Nashville and Hershey. He is also scheduled to perform at BBC Radio 1’s Big Weekend in May. European fans can now register for pre-sale access for Horan’s upcoming headlining tour, with dates to be announced later.
