Playoff Fever Forces Bruce Springsteen to Reschedule Philly Show
The E Street Band's Philadelphia concert has been pushed back due to the Philadelphia 76ers and Flyers' playoff success, causing a shift in the 'Land of Hope and Dreams Tour' schedule.

The Philadelphia 76ers and Flyers' triumphant journey into the second round of their respective playoffs has led to an unexpected encore: the postponement of Bruce Springsteen's highly anticipated Philly show to May 30th.
Originally slated for May 8th at the Xfinity Mobile Arena, Springsteen and the E Street Band found their plans thwarted by the venue's newfound commitment to hosting the Sixers' crucial Game 3 matchup against the New York Knicks. The Flyers' parallel surge in the Stanley Cup playoff schedule further complicated matters, leading to a rescheduling that pushes the concert 22 days later.

"Due to the NBA and NHL playoff schedule, the Bruce Springsteen and The E Street Band concert at Xfinity Mobile Arena has been rescheduled for May 30," Springsteen’s official site announced. "All tickets for the previous date will remain valid for the new date."
The "Land of Hope and Dreams Tour's" Philadelphia stop was initially nestled between a series of New York dates – May 5th at Elmont's UBS Arena, a two-night stand at Madison Square Garden, and May 14th at Brooklyn's Barclays Center. Fortunately, Springsteen managed to navigate around the Knicks' home playoff games: A potential Game 5 at MSG on May 12th, and a Game 7 at the Garden on May 17th, both narrowly miss the band's schedule.
Now, the Philly show is set to be the grand finale of the tour, following the penultimate performance on May 27th at Washington’s Nationals Park.
