Rock & Roll Hall of Fame 2026: Oasis, Wu-Tang Clan, Joy Division/New Order, and More!
The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame announces its 2026 inductees, featuring a diverse lineup of artists from various genres, including Oasis, Wu-Tang Clan, Joy Division/New Order, Phil Collins, and more.

The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame has unveiled its class of 2026, and it's a diverse mix of iconic artists! Among the inductees are Oasis, Phil Collins, the legendary Wu-Tang Clan, and the post-punk pioneers Joy Division/ New Order.
Joining them are the soulful sounds of Sade, the heavy metal force of Iron Maiden, the rebellious energy of Billy Idol, and the velvet voice of Luther Vandross. Mark your calendars: the induction ceremony is slated for November 14 in Los Angeles, with a broadcast to follow on ABC and Disney+ in December.
Notably, both the Wu-Tang Clan and Luther Vandross secured their spots in their first year of nomination. Most other inductees had been considered before, with Oasis, Iron Maiden, and Joy Division/New Order each receiving two prior nominations. Unfortunately, artists like Mariah Carey, Jeff Buckley, Lauryn Hill, The Black Crowes, Shakira, and P!nk didn't make the cut this year.
Beyond the main inductees, the Rock Hall also recognizes significant contributions with other awards. This year's Early Influence Award honorees include Fela Kuti, Queen Latifah, MC Lyte, and Gram Parsons. The Musical Excellence Awards will be presented to Linda Creed and Rick Rubin, among others. Additionally, the Ahmet Ertegun Award, celebrating non-performers, will be posthumously awarded to Ed Sullivan.
Last year's class of 2025 saw the induction of Cyndi Lauper, Outkast, Salt-N-Pepa, and The White Stripes. While The Strokes and Yeah Yeah Yeahs were eligible for the first time this year, they didn't receive nominations.
