Get ready, Snail Mail fans! Lindsey Jordan has officially announced the highly anticipated follow-up to 2021's Valentine. The new album, Ricochet, is slated for release on March 27th via Matador Records.

To celebrate the announcement, Snail Mail has dropped the lead single, "Dead End," accompanied by a visually striking music video co-directed by Jordan and Elsie Richter. The video was filmed in rural North Carolina.

"We shot the video for ‘Dead End’ in random places all around rural North Carolina between the hours of 5pm and 4am on one of the coldest nights of my life," Jordan shared in a press statement. "The goal was to be inconspicuous with the fireworks, but someone called the cops on us."

Since Valentine, Jordan has been busy with various projects, including launching the Valentine Fest in Baltimore, Maryland, appearing in Jane Schoenbrun’s film I Saw the TV Glow, and covering songs by Superdrag, Pavement, Lou Reed, and This Is Lorelei.

Snail Mail will embark on an extensive North American tour starting in April, with support from Sharp Pins at most stops. Additional support will come from Avalon Emerson & the Charm, @, Swirlies, Armlock, and Rocket.
