Bad Bunny's 'Debí Tirar Más Fotos' Streams Explode After Historic Grammy Win
Following his Album of the Year win at the Grammy Awards, Bad Bunny's 'Debí Tirar Más Fotos' experienced a massive surge in streams and sales, solidifying its place in music history.

The impact of Bad Bunny's historic Grammy win is still being felt. Debí Tirar Más Fotos not only snagged Album of the Year, becoming the first Spanish-language album to do so, but it also sparked a significant surge in listenership.
According to Luminate, reported by Billboard, Debí Tirar Más Fotos saw a staggering 240% increase in streams on the Monday following the Grammy Awards, compared to the previous Monday. This translated to over 16 million on-demand streams in the U.S. alone, contributing to Bad Bunny's total of 36 million streams within 24 hours—a 117% overall boost. Album sales also jumped, with digital singles sales increasing by 903% to nearly 2,000.
Even Trevor Noah's playful serenade of Bad Bunny with an English translation of "DtMF" contributed to the streaming frenzy. That particular track experienced a 273% increase in streams, jumping from 733,000 to over 2.7 million compared to January 26th.
This weekend, Bad Bunny is set to break new ground yet again as the first Latin artist to headline the Super Bowl halftime show. The performance is expected to further amplify his streaming numbers.
Looking ahead, Olivia Dean, winner of Best New Artist, also saw a positive impact from the Grammy Awards. Her catalog streams increased by 65%, reaching nearly 15 million on Monday, February 2nd. Her latest album, The Art of Loving, featuring singles like “Man I Need,” “Nice to Each Other,” and “So Easy (To Fall in Love),” positions her as a potential nominee for the 2027 Grammy Awards.
