Bory Drops Emotive New Single "Living Proof" Ahead of Album Release
Bory, the project of Portland's Brenden Ramirez, has released a new single, "Living Proof," from his upcoming album Never Turns To Night. The track explores themes of resilience and perspective.
Earlier this month, Portland power-pop musician Brenden Ramirez announced Never Turns To Night, his upcoming album as Bory. The full thing is out in March, and today Ramirez has shared the new single "Living Proof," a fuzzy, hooky anthem about putting your own struggles into perspective.
Ramirez explains in a press release:
> This song is about a couple of really strong and resilient people in my life who were really going through it. It made me grapple with the side of me that immediately wants to be like “Why am I complaining? My problems are insignificant compared to them,” and instead just try to appreciate and be inspired by them, rather than find yet another way to put myself down.
