Harry Styles to Release Music Video for 'Dance No More'
Harry Styles is set to release the music video for 'Dance No More' from his latest album, Kiss All the Time. Disco, Occasionally. The teaser shows Styles in white sneakers and shorts, teasing fans with a glimpse of what's to come.
On May 7th, Harry Styles is dropping the music video for "Dance No More," a standout track from his recent album, Kiss All the Time. Disco, Occasionally (often abbreviated by fans to KISSCO). A teaser clip shows Styles strutting across a worn floor in white sneakers and shorts, adding to the anticipation.
"Dance No More" is the third track from KISSCO to get a visual treatment. Previously, Styles released videos for "Aperture," a visually arresting piece referencing David Bowie's "I’m Afraid of Americans," and "American Girls," which showcased ambitious stunts on a film set.
What exactly Styles has planned for "Dance No More" remains to be seen, but given the song's title and infectious energy, dancing is practically guaranteed. The chorus itself is a rallying cry: “DJs don’t dance no more,’ they said/DJs don’t dance no more/We wanna dance with all our friends,” he sings. “DJs don’t dance no more/It’s feeling like the music has been Heaven sent/And that there’s no difference in between the tears and the sweat.”
In its review of KISSCO, Rolling Stone described "Dance No More" as “a no-parking-on-the-dance-floor Eighties synth fest with chorus shouts of ‘Respect your mother!’ invoking drag-ball culture.” The track is a perfect complement to other album cuts like “Pop,” “Ready, Steady, Go,” and “Are You Listening Yet?”

KISSCO draws inspiration from Styles' nights in European clubs following his Love on Tour in 2023. He told Haruki Murakami in an interview for Runner’s World: “When you’re out at night, it’s such a community, but you’re also watching people have such individual experiences. I wanted to recreate [what] I had on the dance floor, being lost in the instrumentation and the musicality.”
