Harry Styles Unleashes Action-Packed 'American Girls' Music Video
Harry Styles drops the high-octane music video for 'American Girls' alongside his new album 'Kiss All The Time. Disco, Occasionally'.

Harry Styles has unveiled the adrenaline-fueled music video for his track ‘American Girls.’ Check it out below.
Styles dropped his latest album, ‘Kiss All The Time. Disco, Occasionally’ on March 6, coinciding with the release of ‘American Girls’ as a single.
Directed by James Mackel, the video plunges Styles into the role of a film set hero, complete with stunt doubles.
The visual spectacle features a cross-country motorcycle chase, a daring sports car maneuver under a semi-truck, a perilous run through a minefield, and an impressive motorcycle flip against a sunset backdrop.
Prior to the album's release, Styles described ‘American Girls’ to Zane Lowe as “actually quite a lonely song in a lot of ways,” explaining it was inspired by watching his close friends get married.
“Seeing them trust in something and risk something to find something truly fulfilling in a way that isn’t as like shiny and on paper as exciting, watching them get married, I was like, ‘I’m single, so I’m having all the fun,'” he added. “And ‘American Girls’ is actually about watching them get married, and there just is a magic when you find the right person that you want to be with. I think watching them do that and seeing that it doesn’t come without any uncertainty, it doesn’t come without any risk.”
In other news, Styles recently delivered his ‘One Night Only’ show at Manchester’s Co-op Live, premiering ‘Kiss All The Time. Disco, Occasionally’ in its entirety.
The One Night In Manchester concert film is set to premiere on Netflix this Sunday (March 8). He’s already shared a trailer and rehearsal photos ahead of its release.
Meanwhile, Styles has shared the reasoning behind his decision to hold residencies in various cities instead of a world tour. He also recalled how seeing Radiohead perform in Berlin inspired him to tour again.
Styles has also reflected on the passing of his former One Direction bandmate Liam Payne. “Full transparency, it’s like something that I, even the idea of talking about it, I struggle with that a little bit,” he said.
“It was a really important moment for me in terms of taking a look at my life and being able to say to myself, ‘OK, what do I want to do with my life? How do I want to live my life?’”
In a four-star review, NME described ‘Kiss All The Time…’ as “an album that you’ll really want to spend a lot of time with, letting all its layers envelope you”. It read: “It’s the most exploratory album of his career so far, trying out new things and steering his ship in new directions.”
