After much anticipation, Jessie Ware has officially announced Superbloom, her first new album in three years. The LP is slated for release on April 10 via Interscope.

The album is fronted by the lead single “I Could Get Used to This,” which was released last week accompanied by a glamorous music video set in a secret garden.

"Since What’s Your Pleasure? I've been trying out this fantasy world and escapism," Ware says about the upcoming album. "I’m not the most by-the-book ‘pop star,’ but I do like to play with dress-up, glamour, and fun. While I love dance music, I wanted to dig deeper with this record; to connect with real relationships and appreciate the love I have, and the fears I have of losing it.”

Superbloom is the follow-up to Ware's 2023 album That! Feels! Good!, which garnered critical acclaim as one of the best albums of that year. While the full tracklist is yet to be revealed, Ware has shared that Barney Lister and Karma Kid are featured on the album, with mixing handled by Ben Baptie. She also teased that an unreleased track sounds like "Minnie Riperton decided to walk in another Garden of Eden."

While the Superbloom single “I Could Get Used to This” marks Ware’s return as a solo artist, she has remained active through collaborations in recent years. In 2024, she featured on tracks with Salute and Romy.
