Jorja Smith Unveils Menacing Track 'Price Of It All' for Riz Ahmed's Bait
Jorja Smith has released 'Price Of It All,' a haunting track from the soundtrack of Bait, the upcoming Amazon Prime Video series created by and starring Riz Ahmed.
British singer Jorja Smith has shared the darkly atmospheric 'Price Of It All' from the soundtrack to Bait. Listen below.
The BRIT Award-winning singer contributed the song to the new Amazon Prime Video series, written by and starring Riz Ahmed. The six-episode series will be available on the streaming service on Wednesday (March 25).
Sharing her excitement, Smith said: "I’ve already seen it and Ahhh it’s so gooooooddd!!!"
'Price Of It All' offers a glimpse into the show's tone, featuring nocturnal, trip-hop beats and dramatic vocals from Smith. The lyrics include lines like, "I’m not afraid to die today / I could have chose somebody else to love”.

In Bait, Ahmed plays Shah Latif, an unemployed British-Pakistani actor whose life unravels when he becomes a candidate to play James Bond. The series follows four traumatic days as his personal and professional lives crumble.
The show also stars Guz Khan, Nabhaan Rizwan and Rafe Spall. The soundtrack features Arooj Aftab, Jay Sean, Anish Kumar, Veyah, Origin Unknown and MC Shabba D.
Smith is set to co-headline All Points East in London’s Victoria Park this summer with Tems.
She will also open for Harry Styles in Mexico City as part of his ‘Together, Together’ tour in July and perform at Radio 1’s Big Weekend in Sunderland in May.
Last year, her record label criticized an AI-generated song that allegedly cloned her voice.
