Kacey Musgraves has gifted fans with "Middle of Nowhere," the title track of her highly anticipated album Middle of Nowhere, slated for release in May as a follow-up to Deeper Well. The song's title is inspired by a quirky, self-aware sign located in her hometown of Golden, Texas. Listen to the track below.
The release coincides with Musgraves' second-weekend appearance at Coachella this Saturday afternoon, a last-minute addition to the lineup. The album, released via Lost Highway, was announced last month alongside the release of a playful music video for the lead single “Dry Spell,” set in a grocery store. The album promises exciting collaborations with artists like Willie Nelson, Miranda Lambert, and Billy Strings.
