Kany García Announces Massive 'Puerta Abierta' Tour 2026: Dates, Cities, and What to Expect
Kany García unveils her most ambitious tour yet, 'Puerta Abierta,' spanning Latin America, the U.S., and Europe. Get the exclusive details on dates, venues, and what makes this tour a career milestone.

After teasing fans with initial dates, Kany García has officially announced the Puerta Abierta Tour 2026, doubling the number of shows to over 70. Billboard Español had the exclusive reveal on Monday, April 13.
The tour, García’s first arena tour and most extensive to date, begins April 17 at the Palacio de los Deportes in Mexico City and concludes Dec. 4 at the Coliseo de Puerto Rico in San Juan. A sold-out stadium show in the Dominican Republic on May 30 is also a highlight, with potential for additional dates.
“I’m feeling so incredibly emotional and enjoying this as I should: savoring the moment, being here, being present for every single detail,” García shared with Billboard Español. "I’ve tried not to live in a rush lately, but it’s been almost impossible. I took eight months off to prepare myself for what’s ahead."
"I’m bringing a production that is, without a doubt, the most ambitious of my career — a number of stadiums and arenas I never dreamed of as a singer-songwriter,” the seven-time Latin Grammy winner added. "And I don’t mean to diminish singer-songwriters; it’s just that people know how challenging it is for a singer-songwriter to achieve something like this. So I’m trying to take it day by day."
Mexico will host the most tour dates with 19 shows, including stops in Monterrey, Guadalajara, and Tijuana. The U.S. and Canada will see 16 shows in the fall, while Colombia gets 10 concerts. Europe is also on the map with 10 shows across Italy, Switzerland, France, Spain, and the U.K. Other countries include Peru, Chile, Panama, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Uruguay, Argentina, Paraguay, Honduras, El Salvador, and Guatemala.
“Every time I think about what lies ahead, I feel such a heavy emotion,” García admitted. “I know it’s going to be a whirlwind of chaotic yet exciting moments, and I’m ready for it.”
The tour supports her tenth studio album, Puerta Abierta, released on April 9 under 502 Records. The album explores themes of identity, resilience, tenderness, and self-discovery, featuring singles like “Tierra Mía” and “La Mala Era Yo” with Yuridia, plus collaborations with Juan Luis Guerra on “Amor Bonito,” Rawayana on “La Culpa,” and Nathy Peluso on “Gatita.”
