KATSEYE Electrifies the AMAs with 'Pinky Up' Performance
KATSEYE delivered a vibrant performance of 'Pinky Up' at the American Music Awards, earning nods for new artist and more.
KATSEYE brought a burst of color to the American Music Awards with their performance of “Pinky Up” in Las Vegas on Monday, May 25th.
The group – Daniela, Lara, Megan, Sophia, and Yoonchae – captivated the audience with dynamic choreography and vibrant costumes. A large teddy-bear-like figure on stage amplified the playful energy as they sang, “We’re screaming from cloud nine/ No one can touch us if they tried/ Ooh, but it’s a state of mind,” at the MGM Grand Garden Arena.
"Pinky Up," which debuted at No. 28 on the Billboard Hot 100 in April, precedes KATSEYE’s Wild EP, set for release in August. This performance occurred while EYEKONs adjust to Manon's absence, who is on hiatus since February for health reasons.
KATSEYE received three AMA nominations in 2026: new artist of the year, best music video for “Gnarly,” and breakthrough pop artist. Their performance was among many, including BTS, sombr, Karol G, Keith Urban, and New Kids on the Block.
Following the release of Wild, KATSEYE will embark on a global tour starting in September.
