Maren Morris Unleashes Fury on Trump Voters: 'No Forgiveness'
Maren Morris doesn't hold back in a recent video, expressing her strong disapproval for those who voted for Donald Trump.
Maren Morris has ignited a firestorm with her unfiltered thoughts on Americans who supported Donald Trump. The singer minced no words in a recent video, directly addressing the former president's supporters.
In the clip, Morris stated, “I don’t have forgiveness for the triple Trumpers — or any of the Trumpers.” She directly addressed voters who have expressed regret after seeing Trump's policies in action.
“You did vote for this,” she continued, calling Trump a “dementia-ridden, diaper-clad, cornball ex-TV host. Bankrupt to f–k. Look at his stats.”
The Grammy winner didn't stop there, accusing Trump voters of being “bamboozled” and labeling Fox News a “propaganda machine of Cocomelon brainrot for boomers.”
“But this is literally the result of employing and voting for losers,” she added, also taking a jab at the United States secretary of defense. “And Pete Hegseth, oh my god, girl. His f–king alcoholic sideburns. You’re done.”
She captioned the video with a simple, “sorry to empty the clip.”
Billboard has reached out to the White House, Department of War and Fox News for comment.
Morris has been a politically outspoken voice in music, especially during Trump's presidency. She has consistently spoken out against homophobia and anti-trans rhetoric, including a notable exchange with Jason Aldean’s wife, Brittany Aldean, whom Morris famously called “Insurrection Barbie” in 2022.
In 2023, Morris announced her departure from country music, citing the conservative values prevalent in the genre. She told The Los Angeles Times, “After the Trump years, people’s biases were on full display. It just revealed who people really were and that they were proud to be misogynistic and racist and homophobic and transphobic. All these things were being celebrated, and it was weirdly dovetailing with this hyper-masculine branch of country music. I call it butt rock.”
“I thought I’d like to burn it to the ground and start over,” she’d added. “But it’s burning itself down without my help.”
