Megan Thee Stallion continues to solidify her position as a multifaceted force, showcasing her business acumen on the cover of Entrepreneur magazine. The cover story, released Tuesday (May 5), delves into how she balances her career as a chart-topping rapper with her burgeoning business ventures.

"I feel like I had to learn how to separate Megan Pete and Megan Thee Stallion," she revealed, emphasizing the importance of maintaining a distinction between her public image and private self.

She elaborated on her interactions with fans, known as "Hotties", stating, "When I’m interacting with my people and my Hotties, I want them to feel like — when they had that experience with Megan — it don’t matter if they were having a bad day, because once they met me, their day was better. They might have felt some type of relief."

Beyond music, Megan has been strategically expanding her business portfolio. Her recent ventures include the launch of her own tequila company, Chicas Divertidas, a swimwear brand, and even a Popeyes restaurant in Miami Beach, Fla.

However, the increased fame also brought challenges. Megan noted how her celebrity status began to affect her personal relationships. "I was Megan Thee Stallion all the time. I was on all the time. And people treated me that way. Like, even people that had known me for so long in my life, they no longer treated me like the Megan that they grew up with. They started treating me like Megan Thee Stallion," she explained. "And I didn’t like that. I’m like, ‘This is so crazy. You know me, so why are we sitting here and you’re recording everything I do? Or why are we talking about other famous people all the time?’ It was hard for me to experience."

At 31, Megan is still learning to navigate the complexities of fame and relationships. She recently announced her split from NBA player, Klay Thompson.

"I had to learn who’s going to be longterm, and who’s just the reason in the season," Megan stated. "I had to learn that, when I go home, I can’t take my whole day with me inside of my personal life. Like, whatever happened to Megan Thee Stallion today, I should not take that home to my real friends and my real relationships and my family. This is two different lives I’m living."

Her drive also led her to Broadway, where she portrayed Zidler in Moulin Rouge! The Musical.
