Peso Pluma to Headline FIFA World Cup 2026 Kickoff Celebration in Los Angeles

After recently collaborating on a new soccer jersey, Peso Pluma and Adidas are extending their partnership into the World Cup arena. They've announced an official watch party and performance to celebrate the tournament's opening in June.
The event, a collaboration with the Los Angeles World Cup 2026 Host Committee, is scheduled for June 11 at BMO Stadium. Festivities begin at 11 a.m. PT with a watch party for the opening match between Mexico and South Africa. The day continues with the adiCup, Adidas’ nationwide 3v3 tournament, and another watch party for South Korea vs. Czechia at 7 p.m. PT.
Following the daytime events, BMO Stadium will transform into a free concert venue, headlined by Peso Pluma and featuring a DJ set by Noodles. Free tickets will be available via Ticketmaster starting June 1.
Peso Pluma Adidas Event
This initiative is part of Adidas' broader FIFA World Cup 26 Home of Soccer Brand Hubs, with locations in New York City and Toronto. These hubs will offer free fan destinations throughout the tournament, which runs from June 11 to July 19. The World Cup NYNJ Host Committee will also present performances by PinkPantheress and Larry June, coupled with watch parties at Brooklyn Bridge Park in NYC. Adidas plans to host events in Houston, Atlanta, Mexico City, Guadalajara, and Monterrey on select dates as well.
Earlier in May, Peso Pluma partnered with Adidas to launch a Mexico 26 away jersey for the national football team's 2026-27 season.
