P!nk Takes Over 'Kelly Clarkson Show' with Daughter Willow for Women's History Month Kickoff
P!nk steps in as guest host on 'The Kelly Clarkson Show' for the first week of Women's History Month, bringing along her daughter Willow Sage Hart for special performances and Broadway trivia.
P!nk is currently hosting The Kelly Clarkson Show, and it's turned into a family affair! On Monday, March 2nd, the "So What" singer took over hosting duties for the first week of Women's History Month.
For her first episode, she brought along Willow Sage Hart, her 14-year-old daughter with husband Carey Hart.
Together, the mother-daughter duo participated in a special Cameo-oke segment, covering a song without Kelly Clarkson present. As self-proclaimed Broadway superfans, P!nk and Willow delivered a beautiful rendition of “Hopeless War” from the 2024 Tony Award winner for best musical, The Outsiders.
Keeping with the Broadway theme, P!nk and Willow also welcomed Glee and Maybe Happy Ending star Darren Criss and Grammy-winning Broadway legend Shoshana Bean to the show.
The group of four engaged in a Broadway trivia game called “I Have to Know If You Know This Show!” It was mother versus daughter, as Bean and Willow teamed up against Criss and P!nk, answering questions about shows like Grease, Wicked, and Hadestown. Despite a valiant effort, Criss and P!nk ultimately lost to Willow and Bean.
The Cameo-oke performance wasn't the only duet P!nk performed on Monday’s episode. After interviewing Bean about her new album Only Smoke, P!nk joined the Broadway star for a performance of her single “Let Me Believe.”
P!nk’s guest hosting stint comes a month after Clarkson announced that the series would be ending after seven seasons. Despite rumors that P!nk would permanently take over the show, the “Raise Your Glass” singer clarified in a now-deleted Instagram video that her hosting is temporary.
She stated that hosting a talk show full-time is not feasible given her “busy, busy, busy world.”
The next episode of The Kelly Clarkson Show, also hosted by P!nk, will feature special guests Neve Campbell, Courteney Cox, and Chloe Kim, airing Tuesday on NBC.
