Rolling Stone's Future of Music Showcase at SXSW 2026: Full Lineup Revealed
Rolling Stone announces the complete lineup for its Future of Music showcase at SXSW 2026, featuring Lola Young, Fuerza Regida, BigXthaPlug, and many more rising stars.
Rolling Stone is excited to announce the full lineup for our Future of Music showcase at South by Southwest 2026 (SXSW). We’re bringing the most exciting acts from across pop, hip-hop, country, and música mexicana to ACL Live at the Moody Theater in Austin, Texas, over three nights from March 12-14. With a lineup this stacked, you won’t want to miss out!
U.K. pop star Lola Young, known for her honest and brilliantly crafted hits like “Messy,” will headline night one on March 12. The night will feature compelling voices, including Texan artist Susanna Joffe, Southampton singer Saint Harison, and East London singer-songwriter Sofia and the Antoinettes, who recently released their debut EP, Women Who Love Too Much.
Night two, on March 13, is all about Fuerza Regida, the hugely successful and influential música mexicana group from San Bernardino, California. Frontman Jesús Ortíz Paz, a.k.a. JOP, leads the band in creating unforgettable arena shows. This intimate showcase setting will be a special experience. They’re bringing along top acts from JOP’s Street Mob Records, including the fast-rising group Linea Personal; the popular Salinas, California band Clave Especial; and buzzworthy Mexican singer Chino Pacas.
On night three, March 14, Texas takes center stage. The headliner is Dallas’ own BigXthaPlug, whose catalog draws on Texas's rich hip-hop and country music traditions. His opening acts include a takeover by his label, 600 Entertainment, featuring some of the hottest new artists in Southern rap, including Kaine Music, Bandman Kevo, Yung Hood, and PB — plus a must-see set from INK, a Beyoncé and Kendrick Lamar collaborator.
Rolling Stone’s Future of Music showcase is the perfect place to discover your new favorite artists and say you saw a superstar before they blew up. The SXSW showcase is tied to our annual Future of Music issue, out April 2026, featuring stories on the most exciting rising artists across all genres, rolling out in mid-March. Past Future of Music honorees have included Peso Pluma, Chappell Roan, Benson Boone, Rema, Megan Moroney, Young Miko, and many more.
Tickets are on sale now via AXS. A number of tickets will also be reserved for SXSW Platinum and Music Badge Holders and SXSW Music Festival wristband holders.
