Speculation is already building about who will take the stage at the Super Bowl LXI Halftime Show in 2027. With potential headliners like Taylor Swift, BTS, and Drake in the mix, the possibilities are endless.
The Bad Bunny Bowl is done, and the burning question now is: Who will headline the Super Bowl Halftime Show in 2027? The game is slated for Feb. 14 at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, Calif.
The internet is buzzing with predictions. One name that consistently surfaces is Taylor Swift. She possesses the star power and an impressive catalog to command the stage. However, she mentioned in 2025 that she might hold off as long as fiancé Travis Kelce is playing in the NFL.
“Can you imagine that he’s out there every single week, like, putting his life on the line, doing this very dangerous, very high pressure, high intensity sport, and I’m like, ‘I wonder what my choreo should be?’” she joked to Jimmy Fallon in October.
But things could change. The Eras Tour might sway her decision. Or perhaps one of the world’s biggest K-pop groups, BTS and BLACKPINK, could snag the gig, especially with both expected to make major comebacks with new albums in 2026. Post Malone and Morgan Wallen, with their chart-topping hits, are also strong contenders. Justin Bieber, Miley Cyrus, or Harry Styles could inject some pop energy into the event.
Perhaps Lil Wayne will get his chance after feeling snubbed when Kendrick Lamar was chosen a year prior. Or Drake might use the opportunity to respond to Dot’s 2025 halftime disses with a performance of his own.
Then there's the possibility of Jay-Z taking the stage. His Roc Nation has been overseeing the halftime performer bookings since 2019. Although he hasn't released an album in nearly a decade, the Super Bowl could serve as the platform for his highly anticipated return.
