Foo Fighters Debut 'Caught in the Echo' and 'Child Actor' on 'SNL UK'
Foo Fighters rocked SNL UK as the first American musical guest, performing tracks from their new album Your Favorite Toy live.
The Foo Fighters marked a significant milestone by becoming the first American musical guest on SNL UK, where they delivered the live debuts of "Caught in the Echo" and "Child Actor" from their latest album, Your Favorite Toy.
Fresh off the release of their new album, Dave Grohl and the band made a stop in London to grace the SNL UK stage. Prior to their appearance, the show featured British acts like Wet Leg, Kasabian, Wolf Alice, and Jorja Smith. Meek is slated to perform next week.
Beyond their musical performances, Grohl also made a cameo in host Nicola Coughlan’s opening monologue, alongside a surprise appearance by Jimmy Fallon, and participated in one of the show's skits.
Your Favorite Toy, marks the Foo Fighters' first album featuring their new drummer, Ilan Rubin. The band is set to kick off their tour on April 28 at Bridgeport, Connecticut’s Total Mortgage Arena, followed by appearances at Daytona Beach’s Welcome to Rockville and Napa, California’s BottleRock festivals in May. A European leg in June and July will precede their North American stadium tour, commencing August 4 in Toronto and concluding September 26 in Las Vegas, with a headlining performance at Louisville’s Bourbon & Beyond festival.
