Hailee Steinfeld and Josh Allen have announced the birth of their first child, a baby girl, sharing the joyous news in Steinfeld's Beau Society newsletter.
Hailee Steinfeld and Josh Allen are officially parents! The couple shared the exciting news of their first child's arrival on Thursday, April 2nd.
In a heartwarming post titled “Special delivery” on her Beau Society newsletter via Substack, the singer-actress wrote, “Our baby girl has arrived!!” She continued, “We’re feeling incredibly grateful and blessed and savoring these early moments.”
She added a simple, heartfelt, “Thank you so much for the love and well wishes.”
The pair's first child arrives less than four months after they announced they were expecting in December. The announcement featured a joint video on Instagram, showcasing the Sinners star’s baby bump in the snow. Steinfeld also stepped out at the Golden Globes with her “newest plus one,” sharing photos of her pink gown on Instagram. February brought another update, with a photo of herself and Allen, giggling with her bump on display.
Steinfeld and the Buffalo Bills quarterback's relationship began in spring 2023. They married in May 2025, a few months after Allen proposed in November 2024.
The Pitch Perfect 2 alum has released a string of music over the years, achieving five entries on the Billboard Hot 100 since her debut single “Love Myself” reached No. 30 in 2015. Her EP also charted on the Billboard 200 that same year.
She’s also contributed music to her screen projects, including the four-time Oscar winner Sinners, where she performed the track “Dangerous.” Steinfeld told Billboard a year ago, “Blending music and acting like this feels like the fullest expression of who I am. It’s rare to have a project that lets you show up completely — and Sinners gave me that.”
