The enigmatic world of Jack White expands once more with the official announcement of his new album, Frozen Charlotte. Set for release on July 10 via Third Man Records, this self-produced effort follows a period of intriguing teasers, including the introduction of a mysterious "Frozen Charlatan" character.
Fans can now delve into the album's sound with the newly released track, "Dollar Bill," offering a potent glimpse into White's latest sonic explorations.
Frozen Charlotte builds on the momentum of his 2024 release, No Name. Since then, White has been notably active, returning in April with the tracks "G.O.D. and the Broken Ribs" and "Derecho Demonico," both of which are slated to appear on the new album.
Beyond the studio, White's recent endeavors have been as diverse as his music. He captivated audiences with a video featuring John C. Reilly as an electrified archbishop, shared the stage with Eminem for a memorable Detroit Lions halftime show, and made a unique appearance on Stephen Colbert's public access broadcast, Only in Monroe.
True to his outspoken nature, White has also continued his characteristic public sparring, engaging with political figures in the White House—a recurring motif in his recent public narrative.
To support Frozen Charlotte, Jack White is preparing for an extensive tour. He will be joined by his long-standing live band, featuring the talents of Patrick Keeler, Dominic Davis, and Bobby Emmett, ensuring an electrifying experience for fans.
