Justin Bieber Brings Out The Kid Laroi, Tems, and More During Coachella Set
Justin Bieber's Coachella headlining performance featured a star-studded lineup of guests, including The Kid Laroi, Tems, and Dijon, showcasing his latest album 'Swag'.

In October, Justin Bieber teased fans on Twitch about his headlining performance at Coachella, promising a spectacular show. He delivered on Saturday night with appearances from The Kid Laroi, who joined him for "Stay," and Dijon, among other special guests.

The Kid Laroi spoke highly of Bieber's support in a 2024 interview with Rolling Stone, noting, "He’s just a really special human being... He’s very giving and he wants to offer everything that he has to help me.”
Bieber and Dijon performed their Swag collaboration, “Devotion,” during a highlight of the set. Dijon, a key collaborator on the album, also performed his own set at Coachella on Friday. Mk.gee, another artist featured on the album, joined Bieber at the end of his performance to play bass guitar on “Daisies.”
The medley included snippets of collaborations like “Never Say Never” (with Jaden Smith), “Confident” (with Chance the Rapper), “Beauty and a Beat” (with Nicki Minaj), and “Where Are Ü Now” (with Diplo and Skrillex). However, Bieber chose to bring out other artists for live collaborations.
Towards the end of the set, Tems made an appearance for the first live performance of “I Think You’re Special,” from Swag II. The pair previously collaborated on Bieber’s remix of WizKid’s “Essence” in 2021, so WizKid joined them to perform it.
Bieber previewed his headlining set at The Roxy in Los Angeles a week before Coachella, marking his first U.S. concert in four years. The invite-only gig featured music from his recent double-album releases, Swag and Swag II.
Rolling Stone noted in their review of Swag: “Swag definitely makes it clear that Bieber’s got issues... But he channels it all into some of the most genuinely creative and wide-ranging music of his life... But all over Swag, he’s taking flight.”
Prior to the album's release, a source told Rolling Stone that Bieber had secured newfound creative control, calling it “the purest form” of Bieber we’ve ever seen and that “Not having to stress about creating the perfect single, or perfect album allowed for him to create the best body of music he’s ever made.”
