Lana Del Rey Drops Bond-esque Track "First Light" for New Video Game
Lana Del Rey unveils "First Light," a cinematic track for the upcoming video game 007 First Light, channeling James Bond vibes while the release date for her album Stove remains a mystery.
No, we still don't know when Stove is coming. Lana Del Rey's long-delayed new album —initially announced as a country album called Lasso — remains an enigma. But it's not that she refuses to put out new music: In February she dropped the single "White Feather Hawk Tail Deer Hunter."
Today she's back with "First Light," which is a James Bond theme, sort of. It won't be in any hit blockbuster movies, but will be featured in a new video game called 007 First Light, which is out May 27. It sounds exactly like what you'd expect from a Lana Del Rey song made for a Bond-themed video game. Do with that what you will! Listen below.
