Lucinda Williams is hitting the road this spring, bringing her signature sound to venues across the United States in support of her new album, World’s Gone Wrong. The tour kicks off in May, promising a series of unforgettable performances.
The veteran singer-songwriter's journey begins on May 14 at Asheville, North Carolina’s Orange Peel, setting the stage for a run of dates across six different states. From the Carolinas to the Northeast, fans will have ample opportunity to experience Williams' latest work live.
The U.S. dates—including stops in Philadelphia, New York, and Washington, D.C.—precede a series of UK performances Williams announced in February. Following the U.S. shows, which conclude at New York’s Beacon Theatre on May 29, she'll head to Shrewsbury, England for the town’s annual folk festival from August 27 through 31. She is also scheduled to perform in London, Salisbury, and Birmingham in September.
World’s Gone Wrong, Williams' 16th studio album, was released in January and features collaborations with Brittney Spencer and Mavis Staples. Staples joined Williams for a cover of Bob Marley’s “So Much Trouble in the World.” Prior to this, Williams released Stories From a Rock n Roll Heart in 2023.
