Madonna and Dolce & Gabbana: A Fashionable Reunion at Milan Fashion Week
Madonna made a splash at Milan Fashion Week, attending the Dolce & Gabbana show and reaffirming her long-standing relationship with the iconic brand.
Madonna graced the front row of Dolce & Gabbana during Milan Fashion Week, marking a significant moment for a collection deeply intertwined with the Material Girl's own iconic style.
As her hit song “You’ll See” played, Madonna and her boyfriend Akeem Morris were escorted to their seats beside Vogue's Anna Wintour, just as the Fall/Winter 2026/2027 show was about to commence. Fellow front-row attendees couldn't resist capturing the moment as she embraced actor Alberto Guerra, with whom she recently collaborated on a Dolce & Gabbana campaign.
At 67, Madonna's history with Dolce & Gabbana stretches back to the 1990s. Memorable moments include her wearing a bodice adorned with colored stones and crystals by the duo for the 1991 New York premiere of Truth or Dare.
The designers also crafted costumes for her Erotica Tour in 1992 and the Drowned World Tour in 2001.
Madonna's last appearance at the Dolce & Gabbana showroom was for the Spring/Summer 2025 collection, where she sported a lace veil. This time, she wore her blonde hair loose, complemented by a black blazer over a dark mini dress, accented with turquoise leather gloves.
Designer Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana's latest collection featured transparent lace dresses and skirts reminiscent of Madonna's early aesthetic, alongside bold-shouldered pinstriped suits that echoed her “Vogue” music video. The collection also showcased faux furs and animal prints.

Models made sure to give a twirl in front of Madonna and Wintour, highlighting the mirrored double-breasted suits. Both fashion icons, donning dark sunglasses, observed attentively and exchanged impressions privately at the show's conclusion.
Following the show, the designers greeted the Queen of Pop on the runway and escorted her backstage.
Outside, a crowd of fans gathered to catch a glimpse of Madonna and other stars, including singers Hikaru Iwamoto of Japan, Choi San of South Korea, and Achille Lauro of Italy, who were among those in attendance.
