Man Arrested for Sexual Assault at Gunna's London O2 Arena Concert
A man was arrested for sexual assault at Gunna's recent concert at the O2 Arena in London, prompting police investigation and venue response.

A man was arrested for sexual assault at Gunna’s O2 Arena show in London on Wednesday, March 25, police have confirmed.
Following the concert, part of the rapper’s ‘Wun World’ tour, a woman posted on social media alleging that another attendee had sexually assaulted her. She stated he “ruined my whole experience at Gunna,” according to Hip Hop Hero, further adding, “I spent my whole night crying and in disgust.”
She subsequently posted a video showing the man who allegedly assaulted her being escorted from the venue by security personnel.
The Metropolitan Police released a statement (via BBC) indicating that officers were called to the North Greenwich venue at approximately 8:20 pm on the evening of the show. They reported that a woman in her 20s was approached from behind by a 26-year-old man who was “swiftly” arrested.
As of Friday morning (March 27), the man remained in police custody. Specially-trained officers are providing support to the woman. The Met emphasized its commitment to prioritizing women’s safety by collaborating with venues to provide staff training. The O2 stated that security and police “attended promptly” and added: “We are aware of an isolated incident that occurred inside the arena during Wednesday night’s event.
“The matter is now being handled by the Metropolitan Police. Our priority is always the safety and wellbeing of our guests and we are assisting with their inquiries.”
The following night, Gunna performed at Manchester’s AO Arena. He is scheduled to perform two shows at Amsterdam’s AFAS Live over the weekend before returning to The O2 for a second London show on March 31.
The rapper, whose real name is Sergio Giavanni Kitchens, is currently touring in support of his most recent album, ‘The Last Wun’, released in August of last year. He is also slated to perform at the Afrobeats festival Afro Nation in Portugal in July, and was previously scheduled to appear at Rhythm + Waves in June until the festival's cancellation last month.
