Offset Hospitalized After Shooting in Florida: Rapper in Stable Condition
Rapper Offset, formerly of Migos, was shot outside a Florida casino and is currently hospitalized in stable condition. Details are still emerging as police investigate.

Reports indicate that Offset, the Atlanta rap star and former Migos member, was shot last night outside the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Florida. According to TMZ, Offset, whose real name is Kiari Kendrell Cephus, received treatment from paramedics at the scene. A spokesperson confirmed to TMZ that Offset, 34, is currently recovering in a local hospital and is "fine."
In a statement released to ABC News, Offset's representative stated, "We can confirm Offset was shot and is currently at the hospital receiving medical care. He is stable and being closely monitored." Police reports indicate that the shooting took place in the valet area outside the casino around 7 PM. Two individuals have been detained as part of the ongoing investigation. A police spokesperson assured the public, "The site is secure and there is no threat to the public."
This incident comes after the tragic death of Offset's fellow Migos member, Takeoff, who was shot and killed outside a Houston bowling alley in 2022 at the young age of 28.
