Offset Stable After Shooting Outside Florida Casino
Migos rapper Offset was reportedly shot in the leg outside a casino in Hollywood, Florida. His spokesperson confirms he is stable and receiving medical care.

Reports indicate that Offset, of the iconic group Migos, was shot in the leg earlier today, April 6th, near a casino in Hollywood, Florida.
"We can confirm Offset was shot and is currently at the hospital receiving medical care,” his spokesperson relayed to Pitchfork. “He is stable and being closely monitored.”
The incident occurred in the valet area of the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino. According to a representative for the Seminole County Police, the situation was quickly contained, and two individuals have been detained. "Seminole Police were on site immediately and the situation was contained quickly. Two individuals have been detained by police. The investigation is ongoing. The site is secure and there is no threat to the public,” they told TMZ.
This news arrives after the tragic loss of Takeoff, Offset’s childhood friend and Migos co-founder, who was shot and killed in Houston, Texas, in 2022. The group effectively disbanded the following year, following a tribute to Takeoff by Offset and Quavo. Offset shared a heartfelt statement at the time, saying, “I’ve been going to sleep and waking up hoping that all of this is a dream, but it’s reality, and reality feels like a nightmare...Even though I know you will always be with us, throw me a lil sign or a beautiful dream.”
Quavo recently starred in the trailer for Takeover, an upcoming action thriller featuring Takeoff's final acting role.
