Olivia Rodrigo to Host and Perform on 'SNL,' Plus: Paul McCartney Returns!
Olivia Rodrigo will pull double duty as host and musical guest on Saturday Night Live, while Paul McCartney is also slated to perform. Here's the latest on upcoming SNL music.

Olivia Rodrigo is set to bring her new album, You Seem Pretty Sad for a Girl So in Love, to life on Saturday Night Live next month. She'll be hosting and performing on May 2, marking her first time hosting the show. Rodrigo's new album is a follow-up to Guts, which came out last week.
Joining her in the lineup, Noah Kahan will perform on May 9, with Matt Damon hosting. The following week, music legend Paul McCartney will grace 30 Rock once again—following his appearance at the SNL 50 closer—to perform in an episode hosted by Will Ferrell.
You Seem Pretty Sad for a Girl So in Love is scheduled for release on June 12, with the lead single, “Drop Dead,” arriving on April 17. In the meantime, fans can revisit Rodrigo’s cover of Kahan’s “Stick Season” for BBC Radio 1. Macca is also gearing up to release a new album, The Boys of Dungeon Lane, on May 29.
