Rezz Cancels Coachella Weekend 2 Performance Due to Health Concerns
Ukrainian Canadian DJ and producer Rezz has announced the cancellation of her weekend 2 performance at Coachella due to health issues, following her set in the Sahara Tent during weekend 1.
Rezz, the acclaimed DJ and producer, has announced that she will not be performing during the second weekend of Coachella. This news comes after her performance in the Sahara Tent on Saturday of the festival's first weekend.
In a statement shared on X, Rezz cited health concerns as the reason for her withdrawal.

"My body has been whispering for a while that I need a real break," Rezz explained, indicating that she had been pushing herself despite needing rest.
Her set during weekend 1 took place in the Sahara Tent at 9:10 p.m. Although the weekend 2 schedule remains unreleased, it was anticipated that Rezz would have a similarly prominent time slot. The DJ did not provide specific details regarding her health but emphasized the necessity of prioritizing it.
"I have to put my health first, as things going on need to be addressed," she stated, apologizing to fans who were looking forward to seeing her perform during weekend 2. She also mentioned plans to upload her full weekend 1 set to YouTube soon.
Rezz concluded her statement by saying that her healing process will take time. She expressed gratitude for the opportunity to perform at Coachella and emphasized the importance of focusing on her health moving forward.
This year's performance marked Rezz's second appearance at the festival. In 2018, she made history as the first woman to headline the Sahara stage, a venue renowned for showcasing prominent EDM artists.
Beyond Coachella, Rezz is scheduled to perform at several other festivals this year, including Breakaway Music Festival in Columbus, Ohio, next month, and Tomorrowland in Flanders, Belgium, in July. As of now, no statements have been made regarding the status of these performances.
