Riot Fest 2026: Alanis Morissette, Morrissey, and Tool to Headline
Riot Fest announces its 2026 lineup, featuring headliners Alanis Morissette, Morrissey, and Tool, alongside a diverse roster of punk and rock acts.

Riot Fest, the Chicago-based music festival renowned for its punk and rock focus, has revealed its highly anticipated 2026 lineup. Set to take place from September 18-20 at its familiar home in Douglass Park, the festival promises a weekend of high-energy performances and unforgettable moments.
Headlining the 2026 edition are none other than Alanis Morissette, Morrissey, and Tool. Joining them at the top of the bill are the legendary Patti Smith & Her Band, Santigold, and Elvis Costello & the Imposters.
The lineup extends far beyond the headliners, boasting a diverse array of artists spanning various subgenres of rock and punk. Attendees can look forward to performances from Algernon Cadwallader, Angine de Poitrine, Chat Pile, This Is Lorelei, the Pixies, Melt-Banana, Yard Act, Soul Glo, Jejune, and many more. In total, over 100 artists will grace the stages of Riot Fest 2026, including the notorious Insane Clown Posse.
Last year's Riot Fest marked its 20th anniversary, a milestone celebrated with a stellar lineup featuring returning headliners and bands from past editions, including Blink-182, Green Day, and Weezer.
